At this point, the 35.87 kilometer long Xianju section tunnel group of the Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway has been fully connected, laying a solid foundation for the scheduled opening of the Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway.
The Xiaodingshan Tunnel, which was successfully completed this time, is located in Xianju County and is a single hole double track tunnel. The total length of the tunnel is 4942.38 meters, with a line spacing of 5 meters. The highest crossing elevation is 476.2 meters, and the maximum burial depth is about 336.35 meters.
Liu Baocheng, the chief engineer of the Xianju section of the first four sections of the Hangwen Station of China Railway 22nd Bureau, introduced that the geological conditions of this section are complex, and the tunnel body crosses four water rich fault fracture zones and five joint dense zones. The project department has established a task force and developed construction plans for each stage in accordance with the principles of "management ahead, short footage, weak blasting, strong support, fast closure, and frequent measurement". Based on the surrounding rock conditions of the tunnel, measures such as long pipe sheds inside the tunnel, pre grouting of the surrounding rock, and advanced small conduits are adopted to ensure smooth construction through fault fracture zones and joint dense zones.
In addition, the project department has introduced a batch of advanced equipment such as intelligent management cloud system, wet spraying robotic arm, intelligent lining trolley, and lining atomization maintenance, greatly improving construction efficiency and providing strong support for the smooth passage of the tunnel.
Hangzhou Wenzhou High speed Railway, with a total length of 331 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, is a high-speed railway integrating the backbone road network, intercity and tourism functions. The whole line has 11 stations, including Hangzhou West Station, Fuyang West Station, Tonglu East Station, Pujiang Station, Yiwu Station, Hengdian Station, Pan'an Station, Xianju Station, Nanxijiang Station, Wenzhou North Station and Wenzhou South railway station.
